Colleen Gross, ARNP, is a Geriatric Coordinator, Adult-Geriatric Nurse at MetroHealth. She graduated from Elmira College with her BSN, and after becoming a Registered Nurse her experiences included caring for pediatric patients with high technical needs and adult and geriatric patients with chronic illnesses.

Lesley Allen is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Masters degree at the University of South Florida, and her Bachelor of Science degree at Nova Southeastern University.
Family Nurse Practitioner
A native of Venezuela, Wendy relocated to the United States in 2004 to pursue her degree in nursing. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from Florida International University in Miami, Florida, and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
